What You Can Expect
Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before going home and comes with documentation confirming their health at the time of sale.
Your Protection
If a licensed veterinarian determines your puppy was not healthy at the time of purchase, or develops a qualifying hereditary condition, you’re covered:
First 14 Days
Coverage for illnesses present at the time of purchase (including contagious conditions or parasites, excluding fleas/ticks).
Up to 1 Year
Coverage for congenital or hereditary conditions that impact your puppy’s health.
Your Options
If a covered condition is confirmed, you can choose what works best for your family:
- Full Refund – Return your puppy and receive your purchase price back
- Exchange – Select another puppy of equal value
- Keep Your Puppy – Receive reimbursement for necessary veterinary care
Veterinary reimbursements are available up to the original purchase price.
Simple Steps to Stay Covered
To ensure your guarantee remains valid:
- Have your puppy examined by a licensed vet if concerns arise
- Notify us within 2 business days of any “unfit” diagnosis
- Provide written veterinary documentation promptly
- Submit your claim within 30 days
